My second stay at "All'Arco"! And there's a good reason why I came back. :) It's clean, comfortable, the staff is great and very helpful, the value for money is excellent, and the location fantastic for exploring Trieste! This is definitely my go-to place if I come back again!

The hotel was a few minutes away from the centre and is not far from bars, cafes and restaurants, though the hotel is in a quiet location. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable and had a good shower in the bathroom.

Feedback on number 4 "Studio Dependance" in Via dei Cavazzeni 5: Close to the old town with its nightlife and energy, yet tucked away in a side street and away from the noise. Spacious bedroom with kitchenette. Fridge and washing machine on site.

Although it felt like it was right out of the way to begin with, (up quite a steep hill), in fact it was round the corner from some great bars and just 5 mins walk from all the restaurants in the centre of the Old Town. Trieste is a great place to explore on foot and we really liked the area and it was easy to get to the usual tourist spots, too.

Excellent and unique location. Old town, old streets, old buildings and tourist attractions just steps away from the hotel. Ask for room No.9 (you will love your balcony view :-) ).

Good location for exploring old town and restaurants, old fortress, churches and ruins. Location is walking distance down to the harbour. Fairly close to train station but taxi recommended. Ask taxi to drop you at the main door to hotel not a block away at the square as it is a good uphill hike with bags. Hotel was clean and comfortable with elevator. Breakfast was croissant/buns, cold cereal, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee.

Washing machine was great, large room, large bathroom, excellent location, so nice to have a kitchen. Host very accommodating when we needed to spend a night away.

The location wasnt bad in order to get to the main area of Trieste of restaurants and shops. It was quiet, a bit off the beaten track but ok if you get proper directions from the train station, which we didnt. We ended up taking the route 24 bus from the train station, as suggested, on the website but it drops you way up by the Castle and you then have to walk down to the hotel on a very rugged and steep road. It left me very tired and disoriented as to where the sea was and all the shops and restaurants. Definitely walk or taxi along the water front to hotel. Do not take 24 bus. Tickets hard to figure out online and driver very rude and unhelpful.

Irene was wonderful. We got in late after having a little trouble finding the place. She was just so helpful it relieved some of the stress. Great service.
